Beets with Cumin, Parsley, and Cucumber Raita*
 
Red Lentils with Beet Greens

Chickpea Stew with Leeks, Fennel, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Hot Banana Peppers

Gumbo Z’herbes with Okra and Squash 

Seared Summer Vegetables, Watermelon Relish, and Ryals Raw Goat Cheese

Dessert: Honey Almond Cream Puffs with Chocolate Ganache

*The cucumbers, banana peppers, squash, summer vegetables, and goat cheese were all sourced from local farmers at the Crescent City Farmer’s Market this morning.
