Monday, May 28th: TSAI will be on WGNO’s Good Morning New Orleans show (6-7 a.m.). We should be on for a few minutes, live, at about 6:15, to help promote the Eat Local Challenge, to prepare a couple of dishes with the hosts, and to talk a little about TSAI. We’re thinking of whipping up a courgette salad with peaches, tomatoes, corn, and toasted wheat berries, and also a seared okra dish with an herbed lemon yogurt sauce while on the show. Should be fun.

Next Saturday, 6/2: We’re teaming up with Groundwork NOLA to serve food and drinks at their Earthlab Rain Garden at the corner of St. Claude and Spain. All proceeds from drinks sold at the event will go to Groundwork. Email us at tsainola@gmail.com to let us know you’re coming or RSVP here.

Late June/July: We’ve got a few new event ideas, and will also be itching to one of our TSAI House events again.
